These counties include Bonneville, Clark, Fremont, Jefferson, Madison, Teton and parts of Bingham, Butte, Caribou, and Lemhi in Idaho and Teton County, Wyoming west of the Tetons.  Candidates must also show an intention to pursue a major course of study in college or vocational school in the environmental sciences, biology, ecology, environmental planning or policy, agriculture, or a related field.  Candidates must have a grade point average of at least 3 (out of 4).
